For Annikken Andee (Android), the latest firmware is Version 18.6
For Annikken Andee (iOS), the latest firmware is Version 2.51
For Annikken Andee U, the latest firmware is Version 1.58
For Arduino 101, the latest firmware is Version 1.21
Step 1: Launch the Andee app on your smartphone and connect to the Annikken Andee.
Step 2: Press the Settings button at the top right hand corner of your screen.
Step 3: The settings window will open. At the top right hand corner of the settings window, you will find the firmware version of the connected Andee device.
Here's what you'll need:
Step 1: Download the latest firmware from the link above.
Step 2: Extract the zip file and copy "image.hex" into an SD card.
Step 3: Connect the Annikken Andee to the Arduino and power it up. You should see an LED blinking. This means that the Andee is in Normal Mode.
Step 4: You'll need to put the Andee into Bootloading Mode. You'll need to do the following sequence:
You'll now see the LED flashing red and flash green. These two LEDs will continue to flash alternately. Firmware updating is in progress. DO NOT DISCONNECT YOUR POWER SUPPLY.
Step 5: Insert SD card into the Annikken Andee's SD card slot
Step 6: When firmware updating is complete, the Andee will go back to Normal Mode. The alternate flashing will stop and will resume blinking green.
